  • School, training provider, or employment service provider

  • Employment status, job history, and preferences

  • Uploaded documents including resumes, What, How, Outcome (WHO) interview stories, Activations Report

  • Participation records, attendance, and mentoring notes

2.2 Program Assessment Information

We may collect results from program tools, including:
OCEAN personality traits

  • RIASEC interests

  • Job readiness information

  • Upbringing / Self-Awareness reflections

  • Budgeting and “ideal life cost” activities

  • Career pathway selections

  • WHO Story Builder inputs

2.3 Sensitive Information (with consent)

We may collect sensitive information only with your clear consent, including:

  • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity

  • Wellbeing or support needs

  • Personal background information relevant to pathways, referrals or support

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you:

  • Register for a program or complete a form

  • Use the Activations Tool or other online platforms (including website)

  • Participate in sessions, mentoring, or workshops

  • Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)

  • Connect you with employers, site visits, and work experience

  • Support applications and enrolments


4.3 Support Referrals (with consent)

  • Connect you to jobs, mentoring, training, or support services

  • Share job, training and mentoring opportunities

  • Provide updates and follow-up support


4.4 Insights & System Improvement (De-identified – no personal details provided)

  • Provide aggregated, de-identified insights to stakeholders

  • Help inform training and pathway opportunities aligned to local needs

  • No personally identifiable information is shared without consent

  • Share job, training, or mentoring opportunities

We do not:

Participant data is stored separately from general website enquiries.
